Here in the frigid north we finally have summer!!! The weather is warm, the sun is shining and the mosquitoes are biting. Yep, we just can't seem to win! Ice cold winters and hot, humid, mosquito ridden summers! But I'm not complaining, I refuse to simply because it's warm, I don't have dress my kids in snow suits, or start the car and let it run for 10 minutes before it's warm and nothing is closed because it's too cold outside! In two weeks my daughter will be out of school for the summer and that means no alarm clock (for the most part), no packing of lunches every morning unless it's to go to the beach and no homework!
Break out the sunscreen, sand toys and beach towels cuz here comes summer!!!
